Enbridge Electric’s approach to billing eliminates financial risk for condominium corporations and property
managers.
Enbridge Electric is billed directly by Local Distribution Companies for the full amount of electricity used,
and we in turn generate individual invoices based on smart meter data for each suite and common area.
We manage the monthly billing and collection for all customer accounts, and take full responsibility for the
collection of all bills, including the absorption of bad debt.
We also offer customers a full range of payment options including Automatic Payment as well as Telephone and Internet
Banking. Customers can also take advantage of our
Equal Payment
Plan.
