Contest Terms

The PM Expo Dec/2008 Contest is open to all entrants who satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

  1. Entrants must attend at the Enbridge Electric Connections Inc. (“EECI”) booth at PMExpo, which is being held from December 3 to 5, 2008 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, South Building.
  2. Entrants must be Property Managers, Condominium Board Members, Developers or Owners of an Eligible Building. An Eligible Building is an existing or under-development condominium or apartment building with more than 50 units in the Greater Toronto Area in respect of which no person has previously requested a Building Evaluation/Assessment from EECI.
  3. Each entrant who satisfies the above eligibility criteria, and who indicates that they would like to participate in the Contest will be entered into the Contest, and will have a chance to win the Grand Prize.
  4. The Grand Prize consists of a new HP Compaq 6910 laptop computer, valued at $855.00.
  5. The winner of the Contest will be chosen by random draw of all eligible entrants on Monday December 19, 2008. The winner will be required to answer a skill testing question in order to claim the Grand Prize.
  6. There is only one prize in the Contest, and the odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.
  7. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree that EECI may contact them to discuss smart sub-metering in their Eligible Building.
  8. By entering the Contest, the winner of the Grand Prize agrees to allow EECI to use as part of a promotional campaign, if requested, the name of the winning Owner/Company Name of the Eligible Building and/or Condominium Corporation Number on the EECI website or other marketing materials EECI deems appropriate.
